AgenticReady Inc. (“AgenticReady,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital audit services, assessments, and downloadable reports. Because our Services involve custom analysis and the delivery of digital content, all purchases are subject to the refund policy below.

This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Refunds Before Delivery

Audit Eligibility & System Validation

All submissions are subject to initial system validation.

After purchase, AgenticReady performs a technical pre-check on the submitted URL to determine compatibility with our audit framework.

1.1 System-Initiated Rejection

If the submitted website is determined to be incompatible with our current diagnostic capabilities (including but not limited to inaccessible architecture, restricted environments, or non-standard rendering), the audit will not be initiated.

In such cases:

  • The order will be automatically cancelled

  • A full 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours

  • No further action is required from the customer

This process is automatic and does not require a refund request. System validation is typically completed within 24 hours of purchase.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

Once your audit report has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the service is considered fulfilled and all sales are final and non-refundable.

Delivery is deemed complete upon successful transmission of the report or access link by our system.

3. System Error Exceptions

In rare cases involving a verified system error (for example, an incorrect URL being processed due to a technical fault), AgenticReady may review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Any such resolution is issued solely in response to confirmed system faults and does not establish precedent for refunds outside this policy.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of access to Services and future purchases.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service.
